Ste (he/him) is one of our business consultants with a key focus on supporting SMEs and the third sector to achieve their goals and aspirations through his business development, customer and process improvement, and portfolio, project management skills, and experience.
Ste started his business career from college and built up a strong reputation as an award-winning creative and inspirational leader in the northeast contact centre industry. He started to find his passion for problem-solving during his journey becoming a change expert with qualifications in Lean Six Sigma via the British Quality Foundation and the Lean Enterprise Research Centre (LERC).
Most recently, Ste has been using his transferable skill set to support the third sector and small businesses. He's also been instrumental in supporting the LGBTQ+ community through his work with Northern Pride.
Some of Ste's greatest achievements include the development of a new to bank process as a result of the 2008 banking crisis, and his work in delivering exploratory customer engagement tools using virtual reality and Microsoft Kinetic technology.
As an LGBTQ+ campaigner and activist, Ste recently developed and delivered a new communication and marketing strategy for the largest LGBTQ+ charity in the northeast which resulted in 31.2m opportunities to view and engage, and a customer satisfaction increase from 69% to 90%. Ste also led the charity through its first rebrand since it launched, which enabled an increase in revenue streams and sponsorship opportunities resulting in an 84% increase (170% increase in sponsorship and 150% increase in event ticket sales).
Ste's creativity doesn't stop there, as a freelance photographer and graphic designer, he's often found supporting local artists and performers with image and promotional materials.
